Prior to co-founding ResiliEnt Business Solutions, Penny Lester dedicated over 20 years in both the public and private sector delivering state of the art enterprise business intelligence systems.
Penny Lester possesses vast experience in the development and deployment of complex applications, and she excels in the delivery of “Best Practices” and “Architectural Assessments” in the enterprise business intelligence Domain.
During her 11 years with Information Builders, a leading business intelligence software vendor, Penny Lester performed a number of key roles. Serving as a regional Emerging Technologies Specialist where she was charged with training systems engineers in the latest solutions for SAP, PeopleSoft and BAAN. As a Customer Experience Manager, Penny Lester was consistently relied upon to work with IBI’s new and premier customers to ensure the successful implementations of products and services. As a Systems Engineer, she guided product deployment and configuration recommendations, performed countless product installs, built prototype applications and spearheaded debugging and problem resolution exercises.
Penny Lester is frequently asked to speak/present at technology user group meetings and technology conferences and in 2006 she was elected president of the CarFUSE board. Penny Lester continues to serve the board as a technical advisor.
She has led the ResiliEnt Business Solutions Delivery Services Organization in the development of methodologies across all areas of expertise and championed the establishment of the ResiliEnt Consultant Certification Process. Penny Lester is responsible for the quality of delivery at ResiliEnt Business Solutions, and she excels at developing strategic business partnerships with both internal and external clients and organizations.
Penny Lester is routinely billed-out for high-value ResiliEnt consulting engagements such as business intelligence assessments, security assessments, JAD (Joint Application Design) Facilitator and the like. She is a ‘hands-on’ manager with a proven ability to develop and deliver strategic, technical solutions that provide exceptional performance and value.
Penny Lester has a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Technical Degree from Lively Vocational Tech in Tallahassee, Florida.
